Gjorslev Castle.
|
600 years old, this is Denmark's only inhabited medieval castle. It is built of limestone from Stevns Klint.
In former times Gjorslev estate owned the most of North Stevns. Today 4,125 acres of farm and the woodland belong to the estate.
Part of the large castle park is open to the public, but the castle itself only opens its doors to visitors on special occasions.
